Wrong Products:
If Lumen Optics ships the wrong product(s) to a customer, then Lumen Optics will replace the product(s) at no cost to the customer.
Time Frame for Returns:
Customers are entitled to return the goods for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team within this designated timeframe.
Condition of Goods:
All returned goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all accessories included. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase:
All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this with your returned item to ensure prompt processing.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect your goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days. For exchanges, we will dispatch your replacement item as soon as the returned item has been received and inspected. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your goods arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damage, and we will provide a return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Safety and Compliance Checks:
Returned items will be subjected to safety and compliance checks to ensure they have not been compromised or altered. This process is in place to maintain the highest safety and quality standards in our products.
Exceptions for Custom Projects:
Due to their unique specifications, custom-made or specially ordered items cannot be returned. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.
